Adding an Exhaust Vent Kit to your solar attic fan is a quick and easy way to adding ventilation to a garage or any other enclosed structure with an attic space like sheds or barns. The amount of ventilation achieved will vary depending on wattage size of the solar attic fan and the length of the flexible duct pipe needed. The kit installs easily into the fan housing and features an attractive ceiling vent. There are 2 versions of the kit: Standard or with a Radiation Damper (required by code in some areas).

Kit Includes

(2) Aluminum Adapter Sleeves - one sleeve connects the duct pipe to the attic fan and the other sleeve connects the duct pipe to the ceiling fixture
(8) Feet Flexible Duct Pipe - Type 5 ETL Listed flexible duct piping
Trim Ring - powder-coating white ceiling fixture with a specially designed mesh that allows air to move freely throughout the entire garage ventilation system

GARAGE EXHAUST VENT KIT with a

Radiation Damper Sleeve

The Radiation Damper version includes an additional radiation damper sleeve which replaces the lower adapter sleeve in the standard kit. The radiation damper sleeve is required in some locations to protect against fire and heat radiation (check local building codes). It features a fusible link that melts when the temperature reaches 212° F in order to disable the fan during a fire.

EASY INSTALLATION: Natural Light solar attic fans are fully assembled right out of the box. Installation requires basic DIY skills and can be completed in about 1 hour.
